Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, visit timestamps, pages viewed and device information. This data is necessary to respond to you and to keep the site secure.
We process your data to: (i) respond to your enquiries and requests, (ii) provide information about our products and services, (iii) comply with legal obligations, and (iv) improve website performance and security. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing.

We share data only with: service providers who run the site infrastructure, Vercel Inc. (hosting) and Supabase Inc. (database and live chat) under their own privacy terms and appropriate contractual safeguards; and public authorities when required by law. These providers act only for the specified purposes.
International transfer: Vercel Inc. and Supabase Inc. are based in the United States. Your data may be transferred to their US servers for contractual performance and to enable site functions. Transfers take place under KVKK Article 9 with your explicit consent or within the statutory exceptions.

Contact-form and live-chat records are retained for 2 years after the conversation ends; technical logs for 6 months. After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised. We protect your data with HTTPS, access controls, encrypted storage and regular security reviews.
Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to: learn whether your data is processed; know the purpose of processing; learn the third parties it has been transferred to; request correction, erasure or destruction; and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
